The biennial Light Metals Technology (LMT) conference, hosted by Jönköping University, is a key event for industry professionals and researchers to share knowledge and network, fostering industry growth through innovation.

Key topics include sustainable practices, alloy development, casting and joining innovations, additive manufacturing, mechanical behaviour, corrosion, advanced characterisation and applications in biomedical, automotive, aerospace and energy industries. Artificial intelligence and machine learning for light metal processing and material discovery will also be covered.

New addition: A Light Alloy course, open to industry professionals, featuring world-renowned instructors.
